Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SmarketHub in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of SmarketHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to create an account on SmarketHub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
• You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including item condition, pricing, availability and any usage restrictions. Renters are responsible for using rented items as agreed and returning them on time and in the condition received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Buyers are responsible for reviewing item details before completing a purchase.

All payments must be made through SmarketHub's platform. Prices shown at checkout include any applicable service fees, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a booking.

You agree to use SmarketHub in compliance with all applicable laws, to treat other users respectfully, and to honor the commitments you make when booking a rental or completing a purchase. You are solely responsible for any content you post, including photos and descriptions.

• Listing items you do not own or are not authorized to rent or sell.
• Circumventing SmarketHub to complete payments or communications off-platform.
• Posting false, misleading or fraudulent listings or reviews.
• Using the platform for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.

Returns, rental pickups, security deposit refunds and refund timelines are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In the event of a dispute between a renter or buyer and owner, our support team may step in to help reach a fair resolution.

SmarketHub acts as a marketplace connecting renters, buyers and owners and is not a party to the rental or sale agreement between them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmarketHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any rental or purchase transaction.

The SmarketHub name, logo, and platform design are the property of Samprino Tech Private Limited and may not be used without prior written permission. Content you upload remains yours, but by posting it you grant SmarketHub a license to display it on the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SmarketHub if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform. You may also close your account at any time through your profile settings.

We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated to you via email or an in-app notice.
